Generates an array of working days based on start date and preferences.

Returns an array; each item has these properties.

Day of Week	string	The name of the weekday.
ISO Week	integer	The ISO 8601 week number.
Elapsed Calendar Days	integer	Total calendar days from the start date to each working day.
Non-Working Days Skipped	integer	The number of non-working days skipped.
Holidays Skipped	array	List of excluded holidays skipped.

Calculates the next working day given a date and working day preferences.
