Terms of service
Last updated 30 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Flow Composer, including the Composer by Tachytelic connector and API ("the service"). The service is provided by Accendo Solutions Ltd, trading as Tachytelic, in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
Your account and API key
- You need an account to use the service. Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Your API key identifies your account. Keep it private, because every call made with it counts against your plan.
- If you think your key has been exposed, email us and we will issue a new one.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
Plans and limits
Each plan includes a number of calls per 30-day period and a per-minute rate limit, as shown on the pricing page. When you reach a limit, further calls are refused until the limit resets or you upgrade.
Unused calls do not carry over to the next period.
Billing
- Paid plans are billed in US dollars, in advance, monthly or annually, through our billing provider (Outseta, with payments by Stripe).
- Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Prices exclude any taxes that apply.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
We may change our prices. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days before the change affects your next renewal.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- try to get around plan limits, for example by sharing keys or opening multiple free accounts;
- resell or provide access to the service to third parties as a standalone product;
- send content you do not have the right to process, or use the service for anything unlawful;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service or its security.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will contact you first.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content your flows send to the service. You give us permission to process it only to run the actions you call and return the results.
We do not store your content or use it for any other purpose. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a service-level agreement. Build your flows with sensible retry and error handling.
We may improve, change or retire actions over time. If a change would remove an action or significantly change how it works, we will give paying customers reasonable notice.
Warranties
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those set out in these terms. You are responsible for checking that the results of actions are suitable for your purposes before relying on them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business;
- our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Ending these terms
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time by emailing us.
We can end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason. If we end your access without cause, we will refund any fees you have paid for the period after it ends.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
